THE EQUIPMENT

A pair of side by-sides 12 gauge shotguns are ideal but not strictly necessary. Those who prefer 20 gauge shotguns can also participate. Although a minimum of 2 shotguns are necessary in order to take full advantage of the hunt.

We provide the cartridges and use top of the range brands specifically designed for the red legged partridge driven shoots, as well as the soft cases used to transport the arms on the shoots.

The Spanish climate is clement all year round, meaning that very warm and tough clothing is not required, although it is a good idea to always bring something for the rain and something warmer in the winter months.

The hunting area usually has a lot of bush and scrub growth which is why we use Labradors, Springers and other attractive copper toned animals.
