Javier was born in 1956. He has a degree from the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid in company management. As well as being its founder, he is also the heart and soul of the company. He was been hunting professionally for 25 years, and has hunted almost every species in all five continents. In the end, he decided to specialise in both the Red legged partridge and in big game hunting in Spain and Europe.

He is a life member of the SCI and is one of the main promoters of the conservation and protection of nature in Spain, funding studies of the conservation and recovery of the Iberian Lynx and the Imperial Eagle which are seriously endangered species, as well as other important Spanish game species.
